As one who was raised in Prince Edward County it is important to me to give back to the community that has supported me for most of my life. Offering both Yoga and Reiki here at the studio. 

I’m so excited to share my yoga practice with you! As a recent graduate of the Serendipity Yoga teacher training, I’ll be offering classes in my hometown of Bloomfield and in Picton.

Stephanie is a certified yoga teacher based in Prince Edward County who brings warmth and
creativity to every class. She loves teaching Hatha, Gentle, and Light Flow practices, often
using props to make yoga more accessible and supportive. With a background in education and the performing arts, she balances structure with playfulness in her teaching.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll often find Stephanie performing with local theatre groups like Shatterbox, or preparing for her upcoming role in Cabaret. She’s passionate about building community—whether on the mat or on the stage.

Hi! I’m Carly. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recently completed my yoga teacher training at Serendipity Yoga & Wellness. I’m on a mission to help people feel good in their bodies and minds through yoga and wellness.
